Driven by a desire to make others feel their most confident, she is an advocate for stepping outside of your comfort zone to reach your true potential. A two-time Emmy award-winning local and national broadcast journalist for nearly 20 years, Jillian Mele is carving her own path as a business owner and entrepreneur. After covering huge events like presidential elections, the COVID-19 pandemic, hurricanes, World Series runs and much more, she is now focused on helping women and girls become the most confident version of themselves, whether it be in their personal or professional lives. For the last few years, she has been coaching public speaking and presentation training, where confidence and storytelling are at the forefront. She is ecstatic to combine that with her love of golf to cultivate confidence on the course for women and girls across the country. During her time in television, Jillian had a chance to wear clothing by some of the top designers, and she knows how you stand up a little taller and feel a little better about yourself when you have that perfect fit. That’s why she can’t wait to bring LemonRose Golf clothing to every woman out there so that we can all look and feel our best on and off the course. Jillian started golfing in 2015 with her dad, uncles, and grandfather. A 28 handicap (and definitely not at or near the pro golfer level), she prides herself on being a voice for those who want to start playing but don’t know where to begin. A Philly girl through and through, Jillian loves her family, her dog Levi, friends, a good glass of wine, an Eagles Super Bowl win, and when she can break 100 on the golf course.

These are Kristen’s words to live by. For as long as she can remember Kristen has had a passion for styling. Whether it was picking the perfect, matching look for soccer camp as a kid, or finding the most perfect outfit for the biggest events in her life, styling has always played a major role in Kristen’s everyday life. After graduating college with a dual major in Art History and Communications, Kristen took a job in advertising and quickly realized the highlight of her day was picking out her outfits. After seven years she followed her heart, quit her job and got her Master’s Degree in Global Fashion at Philadelphia University. Having the opportunity to travel to factories in China and Milan are experiences she’ll never forget.
After graduate school, Kristen went on to be a personal stylist for Anthropologie until her beautiful daughter, Lilliana, was born. Just as she was about to branch out and open her own personal styling business, the world was hit with a global pandemic. Being able to spend that time with Lilliana is something Kristen would never change and it allowed her the time to really decide what the next chapter was going to be. One day in her twenties Kristen decided she wanted to learn how to play golf. She begged her cousin to teach her and put her mind to learning the game. After playing on and off for many years and falling in love with the game, she is now excited to combine two of her favorite things, and make women everywhere feel their best on and off the course. You never know where a little hobby will lead you.
Born and raised a true Jersey girl, Kristen loves the beach, seafood, cooking, and a good glass of wine with friends. Baseball and the Philadelphia Phillies hold a special place in her heart.
