Returns & Exchanges Policy

What is the LemonRose Golf Return & Exchange Policy?
Not the perfect fit? We’ll find a solution for you. Your purchase can be exchanged or returned within 21 days of delivery. For orders placed during our holiday window (e.g., between November 8 – December 10), we will extend the return window to 45 days from delivery to accommodate gift-giving.

Exchange Option (“Redo”)
Customers who choose the optional “Redo” at checkout are entitled to unlimited exchange attempts per order number. For exchanges under “Redo,” return shipping for store-credit exchanges is covered by LemonRose Golf.

Customers who do not select “Redo” must pay for return shipping for any refund or exchange. LemonRose Golf reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not comply with the guidelines below — items failing those guidelines will be returned to the customer. Items returned or exchanged must be new, unused, unworn, with all original product & price tags attached, and in original packaging.


How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges portal (link to come).
  2. Submit your request using your order number and reason for return.
  3. Package the item in its original packaging, with all tags and price tags attached, unused and unworn.
  4. Ship the item back according to the shipping instructions provided.

Refund Policy

  • To receive a refund, items must be returned within 21 calendar days of original delivery (or within 45 days under the holiday extension).
  • Items must be new, unused, unworn, with all original product & price tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment for merchandise only — original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours from the time returned items arrive at our warehouse for refunds to be processed.

International Orders / Overseas Returns

  • International orders do not qualify for free return shipping.
  • For exchanges, customers must place a new order; return shipping and any duties/import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns must be marked “Returns — no commercial value” for customs when shipping back to the U.S.
  • Returns shipped COD (cash on delivery) will not be accepted. LemonRose Golf recommends using insured shipping with signature required, as the package remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our Returns Department. LemonRose Golf is not responsible for any shipping or duty fees incurred for outgoing or return shipping.

Final Sale / Discounted Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable for refund.
  • Items discounted 60% or more off the original price are considered final sale and are non-returnable for refund.
  • Final sale items may be exchanged for sizing only or for a product of equivalent value (store credit applies instead of refund).

Holiday Returns Policy

During our holiday shopping period (e.g., order placed between November 8 – December 10), LemonRose Golf extends the returns window to 45 days from receipt of purchase for eligible returns.
