1. About LemonRose Golf and These Conditions of Sale
These Conditions of Sale (“Conditions”) apply to any purchase of LemonRose Golf products or services from Detailed Approach LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company with its registered office in Philadelphia, PA (“LemonRose Golf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
They govern all sales made through:
- Our website www.lemonrosegolf.com and any related mobile or digital applications (the “Platforms”), or
- Our Client Relations Center (telephone and email ordering)
Sales made through third-party retailers or physical boutiques are not subject to these Conditions.
2. Updates to These Conditions
We may modify these Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our Platforms and will apply to all new orders as of the date posted. Orders placed before an update remain subject to the Conditions in effect at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
3. Purchasing Eligibility
To place an order, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have legal capacity to enter into a contract
- Provide a valid shipping address in a country we serve
By placing an order, you confirm you are purchasing for personal use as an end-user and not for resale.
4. Product Availability & Quantity Limits
All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Certain products may have purchase quantity limits. We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate these terms.
5. Account Registration & Guest Checkout
Orders may be placed as a guest or through a registered account. Guest checkout will still result in an internal order record for processing and customer service purposes.
6. Personalized Products
Personalization (e.g., embroidery) is available for select items. We may refuse personalization requests that are inappropriate. Personalized or bespoke products are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.
7. Order Process
Online Orders:
- Add items to your shopping bag
- Proceed to checkout as a guest or via account login
- Enter shipping and payment details
- Review and confirm your order
Telephone Orders:
Follow the same process verbally with our Client Relations Center.
We may cancel orders if payment is not received, if fraud is suspected, or if these Conditions are violated.
8. Prices, Taxes & Shipping
Prices are shown in the currency of the shipping destination and include applicable sales tax where required by law. Shipping costs and any applicable import duties will be displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from such errors.
9. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment may require identity verification. For wire transfers, payment must be received within 7 days or the order will be canceled. Orders ship only after full payment is received.
10. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
After you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we send a Confirmation of Shipment email.
11. Shipping Policy & Delivery
We ship to approved countries and valid addresses only. Orders typically ship when all items are ready, unless otherwise communicated. Delivery times are estimates only.
If delivery is not made within 30 days (or other legal timeframe) and is not due to causes beyond our control, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
12. Invoices
Invoices will be sent electronically once your order is processed.
13. Returns & Exchanges
(a) Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products by contacting our Client Relations Center or submitting a written cancellation request.
(b) Return Process
- Complete the return form included with your order
- Use the prepaid return label provided and drop off with USPS or FedEx
- Keep proof of return shipment
(c) Condition of Products
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. Returns that do not meet these standards may be refused or refunded at a reduced value.
(d) Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or bespoke products are final sale and non-returnable.
(e) Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original buyer and payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of LemonRose Golf error or defective merchandise.
(f) Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. A new order will be placed for the replacement product.
14. Manufacturer’s Guarantee & Consumer Rights
Our products meet high quality standards and may be covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee. These Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
15. Promotions & Coupons
Promotions are valid only for the stated period and are subject to availability. Unless stated otherwise, only one code may be used per order. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
16. Repairs
For repair inquiries, contact our Client Relations Center.
17. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, and specifications, but cannot guarantee they are error-free.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the total price paid for your order.
19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
We will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days. If not resolved, disputes may be brought in the courts of Pennsylvania or, if you reside elsewhere, the courts of your place of residence where legally required.
